Payment is required in full by bank wire transfer before loading. 3. Special arrangements can be made as follows : Buyer establishes L/C for 50% of the value. Upon receipt of L/C by our bank – buyer visits for inspection of cargo and pays balance 50% by bank wire transfer. Upon completion of shipment, we will negotiate buyer L/C through our banks. 4.
